You like Italian kitchens?
Czenglish: You know, pizza, pasta, and so on.
English:
Ah, you mean you like Italian cuisine!

In English a kitchen is where we cook. We use the word ‘cuisine’ to talk about a style of cooking. For example, I like French cuisine. You can also simply say ‘I like French food.’
