English: How many people live in the Czech Republic?
Czenglish: Around 10 millions.
English: Around 10 million.
Czenglish: So million is uncountable?

Not exactly. We say hundreds, thousands, millions, etc when we are talking about approximate figures. When we are being specific, we don’t add an ‘s’.

Compare:
My friend won thousands of pounds betting on the World Cup.
– I don’t know how much he won but it was in the thousands.

My friend won 5 thousand pounds betting on the World Cup.
– My friend won exactly 5 thousand pounds.
